On 1^st December 2009 Gooch & Housego the global manufacturer of key optical components, systems and light measuring instruments for the photonics industry confirmed a distribution agreement with Lambda Systems in Poland.   Lambda System was founded in 2007 by Wojciech Barszczewski and Radoslaw Kreft, graduates from the faculty of Electronics and Information Technology in Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in optoelectronics.

"Lambda System main focus is on research and development activity in optoelectronics and specifically lasers which sits well with Gooch & Housego's objectives to develop this market and see growth in industry, medicine and science from R&D to OEM customers in Poland" Commented Graham Catley, G&H European Sales Director.
