The candidate's chief responsibility is to trouble-shoot and fix yield and throughput issues on the Shop Floor, regardless of whether the root cause is a faulty process/drawing/work-instruction, insufficient personnel training, or bad equipment or measurement. The candidate will work closely with Production, Engineering and Maintenance personnel to resolve these problems and help drive longer-term improvements. We are looking for a talented engineer to join our engineering team to improve optical component fabrication and develop the efficient fabrication processes to meet customer's demand.
